We will be hosting a special three year anniversary Meet the Manager event on Tuesday 27 June at 9am at the City of London Club and would be delighted for you to attend this breakfast presentation. The presentation should last no more than an hour with ample opportunity for questions.

At the event you will hear from our Managing Director and Fund Manager, Nigel Ashfield, and Roger Skeldon, Assistant Fund Manager. This event will provide an excellent opportunity to learn more about our fund including further details about the growth since launch, underlying assets now held and the acquisition process.

About the event

In an uncertain world, many advisers are seeking less volatile investments with more predictable, inflation protected income streams. We believe that long income property should form a core part of any investor’s portfolio, but in particular those clients in the decumulation stage needing steady, long-term income streams from their investments.

As it approaches its three year anniversary and £100 million, TIME:Commercial Freehold remains the only open ended retail fund investing in commercial long income property. Historically, long income property funds have been the preserve of large institutional investors such as defined benefit pension funds and insurance companies. We developed TIME:Commercial Freehold to enable your clients to invest in a new sector to help diversify their portfolios, accessing the highly secure cash flows many now seek.

TIME:Commercial Freehold invests in commercial property with good yields, reliable cashflows and strong tenants on long leases. The Fund aims to deliver a target gross distribution of 4% p.a. with the potential for capital growth, a target which has been consistently achieved since inception.
