How does TIME:Commercial Freehold invest?

TIME:Commercial Freehold looks to invest in commercial property with long dated income streams (known as long income property) that falls into two categories:

  • commercial freeholds with ground rents
  • commercial freeholds which benefit from long leases

The income streams, security of the underlying investments and associated risk differs between these two asset types. By investing in both, the fund provides diversification and is able to spread risk.

 

Secure structure

TIME:Commercial Freehold is structured as a tax efficient Property Authorised Investment Fund (PAIF), a type of Open Ended Investment Company (OEIC) that is authorised by the FCA. The Fund will also benefit from NURS classification, as an authorised fund thereby offering enhanced investor protection.
