TIME:EIS Shipping tranche 2 has now closed after reaching capacity ahead of the 2016/17 tax year end. TIME:EIS Shipping invests in the dry bulk shipping sector where TIME believes a major market downturn has created an exciting investment opportunity. This enables your clients to invest in an Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) qualifying trade that diversifies their portfolio into a sector they are unlikely to have previously had access to, with considerable growth potential and a significant degree of downside protection through the asset backed nature of the investment.
