We are pleased to report that our original property fund, TIME:Freehold is now a top quartile performer in the Property sector. The fund is managed by Nigel Ashfield and Roger Skeldon, who also run its sister fund TIME:Commercial Freehold which targets a stable, inflation linked  4% return and offers the potential for capital growth, through acquiring very long lease UK properties.

Strong inflows into TIME:Freehold have lead us to impose a 5% dilution levy on the fund, to protect existing investors against the costs associated with acquiring an increasing quantity of new portfolios of ground rents. The dilution levy is applied to all new investments into the fund, including top-ups made to existing holdings.
