TIME Investments, in conjunction with DMH Stallard Solicitors, is delighted to invite you to an estate planning masterclass. We are running three events for you to select from in Sussex or Surrey. The dates and locations are provided below along with the links to register.

This breakfast masterclass will provide you with an understanding of some of the more technical aspects of the new Residence Nil Rate Band, including the implications when making a Will, how best to keep below the £2m threshold and other considerations such as lifetime gifts and the implications of downsizing.

The growth in the use of Business Property Relief (BPR) based investment will be examined and analysis will be given to the different investment options in this market and the support available to assist your due diligence. You will also gain an appreciation of the merits of reviewing Wills in conjunction with BPR investment in order to achieve the best outcome for your clients.
