In May 2018 TIME:Commercial Long Income completed the ground rent purchase of three holiday parks across Scotland in Inverness, Perth and Dumfries. The Fund purchased Moffat Manor, Riverview and Glendevon holiday parks at the purchase price of £4.65 million for a 175 year lease.
Moffat Manor is located in the quiet south west corner of Scotland, made up of 80 acres of mature woodland, quaint streams and a private loch. Visitors can explore the surrounding area of Dumfries and Galloway finding sandy beaches, wildlife and the Galloway Forest Park.
Riverview holiday park sits between the majestic Grampian Mountains dominating the skyline to the west, with miles of unspoiled sandy beaches to the east. Both Aberdeen and Inverness are easily accessible from Riverview which is also only 17 miles from Lossiemouth a highly popular tourist village.
Glendevon is a brand new development, which lies within the picturesque Glendevon Country Park, surrounded by some of the most spectacular scenery in Perthshire. Situated in the heart of Scotland, yet most of Perthshire is only a little over an hour to Glasgow or Edinburgh via road or rail.
