Michael spent more than five years developing his customer service skills whilst working for a major Third Party Administrator in his home county of Essex. He later joined the Operations Team at a small city-based Discretionary Fund Manager before joining TIME in October 2018. Michael enjoys problem solving and is passionate about providing an excellent customer experience.
Michael loves to travel. He is a keen snowboarder and takes yearly trips in pursuit of fresh powder! He also enjoys attending live music gigs and watching various motorsport events.
