Phillip has over 35 years’ experience in the real estate, fund management and banking industries in Europe, the USA and Australasia.

Prior to founding AlphaReal in 2005, he had been the Head of Real Estate for ABN AMRO Bank, Chief Operating Officer of Investor and Developer Brookfield and Managing Director of Lend Lease Global Investment.

Phillip has also served as an independent member of the Management Committee of Hermes Property Unit Trust and as a non-executive director of Great Portland Estates plc.
