We are delighted to announce that TIME Investments has won ‘Best Investment Service’ at the 2020 Investment Life & Pensions Moneyfacts awards.

The Best Investment Service award is based on a combination of the number of votes cast by Financial Advisers when asked to nominate the provider that has delivered the best investment service over the last 12 months and the quality of the feedback that advisers give.

The award covers the full spectrum of providers that deal with investments and is not restricted to one investment area. Aspects that the judges look at include efficiency with processing applications and dealing with enquiries, support for advisers and the ability to help educate them on complex topics that may require more support.

The judges commented:

“In the case of TIME Investments we were really impressed by the number of advisers that were really positive about how TIME Investments has supported them to help them develop their investment and IHT parts of their business over the last 12 months.

The willingness of TIME Investments to sit with advisers to explain more about IHT rules and how products can help clients to mitigate IHT was seen as evidence of a company putting advisers and their clients at the heart of their business.

Its proactive distribution team, the quality of its seminars and webinars to help generate business and its prompt responses to all enquiries were also flagged by a wide variety of advisers which helped secure victory for TIME Investments in a very competitive category.”

For the fifth year in a row we have also been commended in the competitive category of ‘Best Tax and Estate Planning Solutions Provider’.

These are one of the only awards that are decided by the adviser community and we would like to thank everyone who took the time to vote for us.
